Terms and Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges for some items only if they are unused.
Please note that we cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges after 14 days from the date of delivery.
Some items, such as sale items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Return and Exchange Shipping Fees

For returns and exchanges due to defective or faulty merchandise, we will cover the cost of both the return shipping and the reshipping of the item.

For returns or exchanges due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, while we will cover the cost of reshipping the item.
