A: Yes, we provide free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:
- USA, Canada, Australia: 7–10 business days
- Europe: 8–12 business days
- Asia: 5–7 business days

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Yes, within 14 days of delivery, and only for unused items. Sale items are not returnable.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A:

  • If the item is defective or faulty, we cover both the return shipping and the reshipping costs.
  • If the return or exchange is due to customer reasons (e.g., size, color, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping, and we cover the reshipping cost.

Q: Do you use pigskin?
A: No. We never use pigskin in any part of our shoes. All leather used is genuine cowhide or sheepskin.
