Terms and Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges for some items only if they are unused.
Please note that we cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges after 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that there are some items, such as sale items, that we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

 

Fares for Returns and Exchanges

For returns and exchanges due to defective or faulty merchandise, etc., we will pay for both the shipping costs at the time of return and the shipping costs to send the item back again.
For returns and exchanges due to the customer's convenience, please bear the shipping cost by the customer for both the return and re-sending of the product.
